Exercise: the impact on health and wellbeing
We want to encourage our patients to stay active and stay healthy.
Parkrun is open to all, including those who are inactive or have health conditions or disabilities. It is a free weekly event for all ages from 4+. The nearest parkrun is at Tamar Lakes (see link below). Taking part is easy: register once on the parkrun website, print off your personal barcode and head down to Tamar Lakes every Saturday morning at 9am.
