If you are ringing for an appointment with the Doctor about any symptoms that could be attributed to Covid 19, you will be asked by our Receptionists if you have undertaken a Lateral Flow Test and they will advise you to do a test before arranging an appointment.
Coronavirus guidance   Do not attend the Surgery if you have any possible symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) the most common of which are a recent onset of a new continuous cough and/or high temperature, even if you have an appointment. Click this link https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19 for further information

If you have a respiratory problem and book a face to face appointment with a Doctor or Nurse, please wear a face covering when you attend the appointment. Thank you

If you request a Doctors appointment, we have asked our receptionists to ask about the reason for your call so they can book you an appointment with the most appropriate Health Professional and you will be offered either a telephone or face to face appointment. Do not attend the surgery unless you have an appointment arranged.

You can continue to collect medication (please do not order too early) from the surgery but we are relying on our patients to self-isolate and not attend the surgery if they have any cough/breathing/respiratory symptoms, fever or flu/cold like symptoms. If you have any of these symptoms please ask someone else to attend the surgery if you have any medication to collect.

ONLINE MEDICATION ORDERING  If you wish to write a message to dispensary when you order medication, please write it in the box on the second page, beneath the list of medication you have ordered, not the first page (as this deletes the list of medication you want). Thank you
